LevelUp Seed & Garden Supply opened a Springfield location less than a year ago, but is already relocating to a larger space.
Steve and Ashley Epley originally opened a location in East Peoria two years ago before expanding to Springfield last August. Now, the business is moving from a strip center on Wabash Avenue to 1801 S. Sixth St. “We moved because we wanted a larger space,” said Ashley Epley. “Now, we have a stand-alone building about twice the size of what we had in the strip center.”
Epley said the new location also has “several rooms where we can hold events and growing classes, so that’s what parked the move.”
While the main focus is on supplies for cannabis growers, Epley said, “We sell everything that any gardener would need to grow from seed to harvest.”
