It's almost time for the State Fair, any updates on those oral arguments scheduled for a few weeks after January of this year? Or are we just having a major entrance to town held hostage by an out of state "investor" and their local court system?

I'm wondering if it's possible that it will be resold (for the 4th time) and I would still be able to access my purchase history, which, along with a very capable staff, was part of what kept me a loyal customer.
