Reading and Interpreting Financial Reports

This Workshop/Webinar is for Non-Accounting Business Owners, and Non- Accounting aspiring Business Owners who want to have a clearer understanding of the information in monthly Profit & Loss Statements, along with understanding of the information in a Balance Sheet. We will take the mystery out of reading a Financial Statement, and teach you how to use them as a tool to manage your business. The Objectives of this Workshop/Webinar are: Explain how to read financial statements, such as: Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow. Teach you how to identify relevant and significant financial information requiring management action. We will have an interactive case study where the attendees will participate reviewing the financial information to exercise program skills.
