Marlo Mohler opened Floral Expressions in June of 1990, shortly after graduating from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in ornamental horticulture. “I had the opportunity to move back to my hometown and open a flower shop, which was always my plan since childhood,” she said. Now, more than 35 years later, the company serves as a premier florist in and around Auburn.
“We provide great designs, precise attention to detail and wonderfully fresh flowers,” Mohler said. “All of our florists take great pleasure in making arrangements that are as unique and beautiful as possible. So much love goes into every piece we design, and we make each one with a personal touch and friendly service, which is why the arrangements we make here are always high-quality.” Floral Expressions crafts both traditional and contemporary bouquets, with plenty of room for customization. The florists can design bouquets for any occasion and holiday.
“I have been blessed to serve my community for over 36 years, and I am truly honored to be able to use the talents that God has given to me to bring joy and comfort to people through the beauty of flowers,” Mohler said.
