Your Corner Office and Synergetic Solutions, Inc. will be relocating from downtown to a new west-side location on the corner of Monroe Street and Chatham Road.
Your Corner Office, which provides shared office space, and Synergetic Solutions, a business consulting firm, have been located at 427 E. Monroe for the past eight years in leased space on the third floor.
“I’m sad to leave the downtown area, but excited that the business was able to purchase a building that we can call our own,” said owner Melissa Hamilton. The property at 2070 W. Monroe most recently housed the MADD Illinois office but has been vacant for more than a year.
“Over the next few months, the building will undergo renovations with plans for a grand opening to be held in late spring or early summer,” said Hamilton.
She noted that the shared office space downtown will still be available but under different management.
