Helping people “look better, feel better and perform better” is the goal of B3 Performance & Aesthetic Medicine. “We’re a new clinic and we have a unique approach to things,” said owner Dr. Clinton Holaday.
The clinic at 2131 W. White Oaks Dr. offers a variety of services, from medical spa procedures to treatment for conditions such as depression, anxiety or fatigue, plus nutrition and fitness counseling.
“We want to help people be healthy and make that sustainable in the long run,” said Holaday. “Feeling better, in our view, is the foundation for how you tend to function in your daily life. Performance is not an athletic thing, it’s whatever in your life that you really care about,” he said.
Patients have several options, depending on their needs.
“We offer simple fee-for-service, such as for medical spa procedures in the office, monthly weight loss with medications and counseling, or a broader functional medicine approach,” said Holaday. “We also have patients on a care plan, who pay a monthly or annual fee, for more of a concierge primary care model.”
Holaday said he received his medical training in the military and practiced emergency medicine during the seven years he was active duty, then later as a civilian working throughout central Illinois.
Holaday said B3 Performance & Aesthetic Medicine has allowed him to combine his personal and professional interests. “It’s tied together a lot of the things I’ve been doing on my own,” he said.
B3 Performance & Aesthetic Medicine is open Tuesday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. An open house is planned for late September.
