Spring Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant 100th Anniversary Open House

When: Sat., Oct. 12, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. 2024

The Sangamon County Water Reclamation District is hosting an open house to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Spring Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. The event includes an educational video, displays and a brief bus tour of the 25-acre facility (tours every 30 minutes). Hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, drinks and kid’s treat bags will be available at the conclusion of the tour.
