Tiffany Mathis-Posey will speak about allocating your time to more effectively reach your business and personal goals. She serves as the CEO & Executive Director of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Illinois. Under her leadership, Clubs expanded to serve 22 locations including 21 elementary and middle schools in the Springfield and Jacksonville area. Tiffany dedicates her time and efforts to various nonprofit boards and community service organizations. She was recently appointed by Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, to the Board of Trustees for the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, serves as a board member with Downtown Springfield Inc., and is a commissioner for the City of Springfield Civil Service Commission.
