IWIL Luncheon

Sharon Williams will speak on "Using Your Past Pain to Direct Your Path" and share her story of her escape from a physically abusive relationship with a prospective NBA player. She was a young woman with a bright and successful future but was caught in the terrible trap of this relationship. Sharon had the love and support of her family and was always told by her mother, “Your eyes tell a story.” Through her story, she will inspire us to take control of our own narrative and own our truth. She will inspire us to be seen even though we might not feel seen. Luncheons are open to all IWIL members and their guests. Registration is $22 for members and guests through Nov. 8; $27 on or after Nov. 9. Registration will close on Nov. 18.
