Town and Country Bank has hired Yolanda Stout as branch manager for the company’s MacArthur Boulevard location in Springfield.
Stout comes to Town and Country Bank with over 15 years of experience in the industry, although she most recently worked as the human resource director for Brother James Court in Springfield. Since 2004, she has held a variety of roles in banking and served as a branch manager for the majority of her career.
“I have spent my entire career in banking pursuing financial empowerment for my clients. Since joining Town and Country, I have been excited to work for a local bank that shares these same goals. Banking doesn’t have to be scary or stressful, and that is something I want to help my clients understand,” said Stout.
Stout is a lifelong resident of Springfield. She and her husband, Matt, have eight children ranging in age from one to 23 years old.
