Redefine Healthcare will soon be moving to the newly constructed West Iles Business Center, joining existing tenants Little Minds Learning Center and Primo Designs. The medical practice is currently located in the Freedom Building at 2815 Old Jacksonville Road in Springfield.
Owner and practitioner Matt Saxsma said the new location will more than double the square footage. He noted that the West Iles Business Center will also offer better visibility for the practice, but said growth is the main reason for the move.
“We’ve grown by leaps and bounds since we opened. With increased business, we need to hire staff and have more space to see patients,” said Saxsma.
He described Redefine Healthcare as “a family medical practice that operates directly with patients and without insurance. We offer family medicine, sick visits, everything you’d do with your primary care doctor, for a small monthly fee.”
Their website states, “Matt and his wife, Megan, became compelled to start Redefine HealthCare after seeing all of the complexities and frustrations of the traditional healthcare system.” The business began in 2016 and includes partnering physician Dr. Susan Mantell.
