Courtney Wilbern has
relocated and renamed her medical spa practice, which is now known as Absolut
Aesthetics & Wellness Medspa. It began operating Jan. 2 out of a new
location at 949 Clock Tower Drive.
Wilbern founded the business in November 2021, shortly after
completing her masters of science degree in nursing. It was originally called Aesthetics-Wellness
at Ophthalmology Center of Illinois, due to sharing space at 1200 Centre West
Drive with an ophthalmology practice.
“We’ve rebranded, and we have a nice, new location that allows room for growth,” Wilbern said. “This is a better space for the services we provide – it has a more upscale, med spa vibe.”
“I think it’s going to be
a really nice space and allow us to offer more to the Springfield community,”
Wilbern said.
