Read which building permits were approved by the City of Springfield between Feb. 19, 2018, and Feb. 25, 2018.

Little Angels Child Care obtained a commercial interior demo permit for the structure at 101 E. Allen.  The contractor is Carolina Contractors and Painting, Inc. and the project is valued at $4,000.   The child care business also obtained a commercial electric remodel permit for work at the same address.  TD Electric is the contractor and the project is valued at $22,000.

National Retail Properties obtained a commercial demo permit for interior work at 2371 Chuckwagon Dr.  DBS Group is the contractor and the project is valued at $35,000.

St. John’s Hospital obtained a nonstructural demo permit for 415 N. 9th St.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $109,713.

Debbie Drennan obtained a commercial interior demo permit for 484 S. Durkin.  Dave Drennan is the contractor and the project is valued at $4,000.  She also obtained a commercial remodel permit for the address for exterior and interior wall work.  Dave Drennan is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,000.

Gregory Petitt obtained a commercial building permit for 1035 N. MacArthur Blvd.  Gregory Petitt is the contractor and the project is valued at $2,400.

Springfield Art Association obtained a new commercial building permit for an art studio at 700 N. 4th.   The contractor is unknown and the project is valued at $900,000.

Memorial Medical Center obtained a commercial remodel permit for 701 N. 1st.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,900,000.

Morpho Trust obtained a commercial remodel permit for 3461 Gatlin Dr.  Joyner Construction Services is the contractor and the project is valued at $250,000. The business also obtained a commercial electric permit for the same address. Request Electric is the contractor and the project is valued at $250,000.  A commercial plumbing remodel permit was also obtained for the same Gatlin Dr. address.  Wilkin Plumbing is the contractor and the project is valued at $250,000.

Jane Hay obtained a commercial remodel permit for 2943 West White Oaks Dr.  First Build Associates is the contractor and the project is valued at $44,000.

Wireless For U obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at 2112 S. MacArthur Blvd., Suite A.  Wire For U is the contractor and the project is valued at $4,000.

Union Pacific Railroad Co. obtained a commercial remodel permit for 100 N. 3rd St.  Halverson Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $24,530.

Bill Marriott obtained a commercial removal permit for alterations to project at 1911 W. Iles.  O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the work is valued at $59,127.

Mekong Café 2, Inc. obtained a commercial plumbing remodel permit for 1308 S. 2nd St.  J. Ellis Plumbing is the contractor and the project is valued at $18,000.

KB Properties and Rentals obtained a plumbing remodel permit for work at 510 Apple Orchard Rd., Suite 102.  Janvrin Plumbing and Heating is the contractor and the project is value at $52,000.

Phoenix Center obtained a commercial plumbing remodel permit for work at 109 W. Lawrence.  Allied Plumbing and Heating is the contractor and the work is valued at $70,000.

Charles Robbins obtained a commercial sign permit for 1774 W. Washington.  I.D. Signs and Service, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $8,200.

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage obtained a commercial sign permit for 4820 W. Wabash.  Ace Sign Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $944.

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage obtained a commercial sign permit for 2475 Wabash Ave.  Vital Signs, Inc. is the contractor and the project is valued at $4,965.
