Celeste Malham founded Fed Kitchen in 2019 with a mission to make healthy eating more convenient for the Springfield community.
Malham brings more than 15 years of experience in both the food and wellness industries to the endeavor. She and Fed Kitchen’s other owners – Brennan Malham, Will Hoecker, Omar Romero and Anna Dent, the company’s general manager – saw an opportunity to bring fresh, prepared meals to busy people while proving that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring. “It can be flavorful, satisfying and something you actually look forward to eating,” Malham said.
The Fed Kitchen meal-prep company now has five full-time employees. “What started as a small idea has grown into a trusted local brand with pickup locations, retail partnerships and wholesale growth throughout the area,” Malham said. “What sets us apart is our commitment to great food, strong branding, consistency and community. We’re proud to have built a business in Springfield that creates jobs, supports other local businesses and helps make healthier choices easier for the people we serve.”
