John and Lisa Mikuleza opened Ace Mechanical in October 2017. “I decided to open the business because I came from an entrepreneurial family and always saw myself owning my own business,” John said. “I also wanted to create an HVAC business that was honest and reasonable for the people in my community.” Multiple family members are involved in the business. “When you call Ace Mechanical, you will be greeted by my wife or my daughters,” John said. “When a tech comes to your house for a service call, it will likely be myself. If you get a system installed, you will meet my brother.” The company prides itself on being a family-owned business that is reliable and trustworthy. John says they want to do the job right the first time and at a cost that is fair.
