Heidi Clark co-founded Wellthy Juice Co. with her daughter, Paige, in August 2023. She is currently the sole owner and only full-time employee, but she does employ 12 part-time staff.

“When our daughter, Paige, headed off to St. Ambrose University (in Davenport, Iowa) to pursue her nursing degree, she was surrounded by great food options,” Clark said. “There was fresh-pressed juice, an amazing farmers market, restaurants that focused on clean food and great coffee shops. Every time we came to visit, we made sure to visit all the foodie stops. From there, an idea was born, and we knew Springfield needed something different.”

Clark calls Wellthy Juice Co. a true family venture rooted in wellness, care and sustainability. It is grounded in using honest, high-quality ingredients without the use of additives or preservatives to best serve customers.

“I’m an entrepreneur with a deep passion for health,” she said. “My husband, Ransom, is a farmer who understands the importance of fresh, quality ingredients. Paige is a nurse who brings valuable knowledge of nutrition and healing, and our youngest daughter, Jerzi, helps at the juice bar on the weekends and in the summer and she wants to be a farmer one day, just like her dad.”
