What is your guiding principle in life?

To be useful, honest and kind. Help others grow, learn and feel seen. Everything meaningful stems from service and authenticity.

What led you to your current career?

I was a pharmacy technician where I developed a strong foundation in patient care and education.

What would you like to give back to your community?

Helping entrepreneurs collaborate, grow and thrive at Cowork Springfield.

What has been your greatest professional achievement to date?

Establishing and growing a chiropractic office dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community.

Are there any events of the past year that have affected you and how so? 

I moved back to Springfield and reconnected with family and longtime friends. It's reminded of the strength that comes from community and the importance of investing in relationships.

What's the worst career advice you've ever received?

Don't open a practice in Springfield because the market is saturated.
