Jachino has more than 37 years of experience in business development, spanning hospitality, finance, consulting, retail and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, she served as regional sales director and marketing lead for Hotel Ventures Management, where she led sales and marketing efforts for multiple hotel properties.
Jachino has volunteered with numerous community organizations, including Downtown Springfield, Inc., Contact Ministries and Big Brothers Big Sisters, among others.
She holds a degree from Eastern Illinois University and has lived in Springfield since 1993.
