Whether you are a supervisor, manager, or simply a business professional who wants to improve communication in your workplace, an upcoming seminar entitled “Beneath Scandals, Beyond Policies: Men and Women at Work Together” may prove helpful.
The presenters will be Bill and Lori McKenzie, two Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors in Springfield, who will offer participants the opportunity to bring a hopeful and positive response into their workplace. Changes in policies and rules can, at best, only guide one’s external conduct in the workplace. This seminar will encourage participants to consider how men and women can honor the fullness of their respective contributions with mutual respect and value at work.
