Phoenix Center OUT East Ribbon Cutting

When: Thu., April 11, 1 p.m. 2024

Ribbon Cutting - Phoenix Center will be opening a third location to better serve Springfield. This location will offer free HIV/HCV/STD testing, harm reduction, Narcan distribution, housing and other referrals, linkage to medical and mental health services, and LGBTQ+ information, groups and services.
