Town and Country Bank has hired Kathy Summers as branch manager for the company’s location at 3601 W. Wabash Ave. in Springfield.
Summers has nearly two decades of experience in banking. She most recently served as branch manager for Midland Community Bank in Kincaid and has also worked in management roles for United Community Bank and US Bank.
“Town and Country Bank is thrilled to welcome Kathy as the newest addition to our branch services team. Her financial background and professional experience as a seasoned branch manager will make her a valuable asset to our community,” said Wendy Kernan, executive vice president and chief technology and operations officer.
A resident of Taylorville, Summers volunteers at the Taylorville VFW and helps raise money for local veterans. She also enjoys camping and spending time with her husband, chickens and cat.
