Security Bank has appointed Randall Forbes as vice president and controller.
Forbes, a certified public accountant, joined the bank in June and brings 17 years of public accounting experience to the role. In his current position, he oversees accounting operations, financial reporting and financial management functions that support the bank’s continued growth and long-term financial strength.
“Randy’s depth of accounting experience and financial expertise make him an excellent addition to our team,” said Stephan Paul Antonacci, president and CEO of Security Bank. “His commitment to accuracy, accountability and sound financial stewardship will help position the bank for continued success while supporting our mission to serve customers and communities throughout central Illinois.”
Forbes earned both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from Bradley University.

Outside of work, Forbes enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and their two children.
