Walmart Real Estate Business Trust obtained a commercial remodel permit for demolition and installation work at 2760 N. Dirksen Pkwy.  Space Age Construction is the contractor and the project is valued at $43,000.

IL AFL-CIO obtained a commercial remodel permit for renovations at 524 S. 2^nd St.  The contractor is Otto Baum Company, Inc. and the project is valued at $186,283.

Wade Henderson obtained a commercial building permit for 2709 Koke Mill Rd.  Michael Von Behren Builder is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,500,000.

Steven and Shirley Swartz obtained a commercial permit for nonstructural interior demolition work at 4885 S. Industrial Dr.  The contractor is unknown and the project is valued at $10,000.

Seritage Growth Properties obtained a commercial remodel permit for work on the CoreLife Eatery building at 2580 Wabash Ave.  The contractor is Costal Quality Construction of Parma, OH and the project is valued at $250,000.
