Plaza Parking 1, LLC obtained a commercial building permit for work on a new pedestrian plaza at 428 S. 5^th and 435 S. 6^th streets. The work includes updated crossings, storm sewer improvements and landscaping. The contractor is R. D. Lawrence and the project is valued at $1,000,000.

CFT NV Developments, LLC obtained a commercial building permit for site construction at 2720 N. Dirksen Pkwy. MCO & Associates General Contractor of Phoenix, AZ is the contractor and the project is valued at $900,000.

The Outlet obtained a commercial building permit for work at 2525 S. 12 St. The owner is the contractor and the project is valued at $1,000.

ILLIRS Co., LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for a tenant build-out at 3105 Constitution Dr. The contractor is Legacy Construction Services, LLC of Cleveland, OH and the project is valued at $1,205,278.

Springfield Clinic obtained a commercial remodel permit for a 2^nd floor remodel at 900 N. 1^st St. O’Shea Builders is the contractor and the project is valued at $600,000.
