Jeremy Mizeur, owner of the Sky Lounge bar and grill, has added another local bar and lounge to his portfolio.
Mizeur has opened Martinis Lounge at 2349 W. Monroe St. Martinis, as its name suggests, offers a full menu of signature martinis, as well as a variety of specialty cocktails. Its food menu includes items such as lobster rolls, crab cakes, roasted wings and other small plates.
“We were trying to add something different with a different look and more contemporary vibe where you can go and enjoy a couple drinks,” Mizeur said.
Martinis, which also features a gaming lounge, serves lunch and dinner and is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The bar and lounge officially opened last week.
“It’s been great; we’ve been busy,” Mizeur said. “People have been enjoying the food and really enjoying the martinis.”
In addition to Martinis and Sky Lounge, which is located at 3254 W. Iles Ave., Mizeur also operates three Linda’s Gaming parlors in the area.
“I’m kind of a workaholic entrepreneur,” Mizeur said. “I’m always looking for the next thing.”
