Hiller Automotive has closed its Springfield location.

A representative from Hiller Automotive’s shop in Pekin confirmed that the auto repair shop at 2595 South MacArthur Blvd. closed at the end of 2025. There are no plans to reopen the Springfield location, according to the representative.

The property, which includes an approximately 7,000-square-foot building with seven bays and a showroom area, is listed for sale at an asking price of $490,000. James Skeeters of Keller Williams Capital and Steve Contri of ReMax Professionals are the listing agents.

Hiller Automotive is part of the Kingdom Autocare parent company, which continues to operate auto shops in Pekin, Peoria and East Peoria.

Hiller Automotive opened its first auto repair shop in Peoria in 2008, followed by expansions to Springfield and Pekin. The shops later became part of the Kingdom Autocare parent company, and the East Peoria location was then added. Calls for additional comment on the closing of the Springfield location were not returned.
