Amy Beadle has joined The Office of Illinois Governor JB Pritzker as the new director of Executive Mansion operations in Springfield.
Beadle will work closely with the First Lady of the state of Illinois, MK Pritzker, and various teams throughout the Governor’s Office to coordinate events and project manage the overall operations of the Executive Mansion, including the oversight of staff in the execution of successful events and other collaborations for the first family.
“Amy will make an excellent addition to our team because of her substantial background, strong event management skills, and most importantly, her passion and dedication for Illinois and everyone that calls our capital city home,” said MK Pritzker. “We look forward to seeing all she will accomplish in her new role and can’t wait to welcome her to the Executive Mansion.”
Beadle brings more than 35 years of extensive experience in team leadership, marketing, events management and local community involvement, most recently serving as the marketing manager for the city of Springfield’s Convention and Visitors Bureau, Visit Springfield. There she successfully led the marketing team, organized, negotiated and executed marketing and advertising promotions, both nationally and internationally, contributing to more than a half a million in tourism economic impact for Springfield and Sangamon County.
Beadle is also a founding board member of the Central Illinois Customer Service Association and has volunteered in various capacities with United Way of Central Illinois, including as the Day of Action chair and New Business Development chair.

Beadle begins her new role Sept. 14.
