The annual State of the City event will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 23 from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., sponsored by the Commercial Real Estate Network of Capital Area REALTORS and the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
Mayor Jim Langfelder will review the accomplishments and challenges of the past year, outline priorities for the upcoming months and provide the administration's perspective on the city's outlook.
The event will be delivered in a hybrid format. Mayor Langfelder will address a group of no more than f50 individuals at the President Abraham Lincoln Springfield - a DoubleTree by Hilton which will be limited to major sponsors and their guests. Others may access the event remotely.
The cost of accessing the event remotely is $15 per person for Chamber members and $30 per person for non-members.
