After just two years in the Springfield market, Keller Williams Capital has moved to a larger office space. As of Nov. 15, the real estate firm moved from 3435 Liberty Dr. to a nearby office at 3171 Robbins Rd.
“We’ve grown, so we needed more space for our agents and a bigger training room,” said Marscia Anderson, team leader, noting that there are now 51 agents in the office. “We have training going on three to four days a week.” She said one example is an upcoming business training clinic to assist agents with putting together a plan for 2020.
“We’re always looking to grow,” said Anderson. “We’re looking for people who are team-oriented and excited about their business and a culture of sharing.”
