McAnany, Van Cleave & Phillips (MVP) has opened a law office in Springfield at 3201 W. White Oaks Dr., Suite 200. The Springfield office is the eighth location across the Midwest for MVP, including an office in Des Moines, Iowa, that opened in August.
Andrew “A.J.” Sheehan, an associate attorney who focuses his practice on representing employers and insurers in worker’s compensation matters, will be working out of the local office. Sheehan previously worked in MVP’s St. Louis office but was born and raised in Springfield. He graduated from the University of Illinois and Southern Illinois University School of Law. Prior to joining MVP, Sheehan worked for the Illinois Senate and the law firm of Heyl Royster.
Brent Neumeyer, who serves as managing shareholder of the Springfield office, has practiced law with MVP since 2008. He is an Illinois native who currently resides in Columbia, Illinois, and will continue to practice out of MVP’s St. Louis office.
