All in One Management & Services, Inc. has acquired Fast Track Laundry, located at 801 South Grand Avenue East in Springfield.
Owner Pamela Lewis-Frazier said, “We’ve always been customers through our pressure washing company, we have to wash a lot of towels every day. We knew the owners and the employees, so it was a great fit.”
Lewis-Frazier founded All in One On-Site Wash and Detail in 2002 to provide detailing, powerwashing, steam cleaning and construction cleanup. All in One cleans autos, boats, RVs and planes but also bridges, construction equipment and trailers. The business also offers exterior cleaning for homes and buildings.
“This will give us a chance to diversity the business,” Lewis-Frazier explained, noting that the laundry services can be year-round, as opposed to some of the other services the company currently offers. “Sometimes it gets too cold here in the Midwest!”
She plans to change name of the laundry facility to All in One Laundry Center & Services, which will provide coin laundry, drop-off laundry, dry cleaning. The business will also offer pick up and delivery services for both residential and commercial accounts. Lewis-Frazier said that she also has plans to add Wi-Fi and an ATM, along with other upgrades.
“We’re excited. We want to build up the business, and this will give us a chance to expand,” she said.
