What is your guiding principle in life?
My faith guides me, and I believe in "love thy neighbor," which means reaching out and helping those you're closest to.
What led to your current career?
As a kid I was always fixing things. During high school I was employed at a motorcycle shop, but never thought I would have my own shop.
What would you like to give back to your community?
I contribute to my church by doing things with the kids and encouraging them to be active outdoors. I would like to teach the younger generation the importance of learning a skill.
What do you wish your younger self had known?
I'm happy with my life and my family; I can't say that I'd change a thing. Even a bad experience can contribute something good.
What has been your greatest professional achievement?
I started my business at the age of 19, and it's still going strong.
What's the best purchase (under $100)
My $20 pocket flashlight. I use it all of the time.
