Dr. Kelly Trutter founded Clover Solutions in January 2021 to address a critical gap within the Springfield community. She noticed that many middle and high school students with autism or related disorders were unable to access applied behavior analysis intervention and treatment.
Trutter said, “My initial focus was on creating opportunities for these individuals with a focus on social skills support, as many were faced with challenges with relationships, social reciprocity and related areas such as daily living skills, organization and planning.” She knew that “without intervention, these difficulties would likely impact their level of independence significantly in adulthood.”
Clover Solutions provides individualized, one-on-one therapy and small group therapy for individuals with autism and related disorders through applied behavior analysis. Services are available in the home, in the community and in the clinic setting.
In addition, the practice offers social skills interventions designed to support children who may also be struggling with anxiety or ADHD.
“As a locally owned business, Clover is committed to putting children and families first,” Trutter said. “Our dedicated team of clinicians and behavior technicians is passionate about helping families navigate what can often be the most challenging moments of raising a child with unique needs. Many families come to us after trying multiple avenues of support, and we take pride in being a trusted resource during these times.”
