On Jan. 1, Roger Huebner became the new executive vice president of Central Illinois Builders (CIB), an association dedicated to improving professional standards in the construction industry. Huebner is responsible for the overall operation of CIB, labor relations and membership services.
Huebner has worked for CIB since February 2016 as director of labor relations. He holds a law degree from The John Marshall Law School. Prior to joining CIB, Huebner had served as deputy executive director and general counsel for the Illinois Municipal League since 1988.
Huebner replaces Dennis Larson, who retired as executive vice president as of Dec. 31, 2017. Larson had been with CIB for 32 years.
