McDonalds Corporation obtained a commercial fire sprinkler remodel permit for 522 W. Jefferson.  Automatic Fire Sprinkler, LLC of Normal is the contractor and the project is valued at $65,000.

ILLIRS Co., LLC obtained a commercial remodel permit for renovation work at the IRS Building at 3101 Constitution Dr.  E. L. Pruitt Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $761,346.

James and Carol Zerkle obtained a commercial remodel permit for work at the Anvil and Forge Brewery and Distillery at 619 E. Washington.  Element Services of Chatham is the contractor and the project is valued at $10,000.

Tye Hale obtained a commercial mechanical remodel for an build out at Eye Candy Salon at 3001 W. White Oaks Dr.  E. L. Pruitt Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $6,000.

HSHS Medical Group obtained a commercial mechanical remodel for work at 2901 Old Jacksonville Rd.  E. L. Pruitt Company is the contractor and the project is valued at $330,844.
