O’Shea Builders has hired Evan Sharp and Katie Brown, both based out of the Springfield office.
Sharp will serve as a virtual design construction manager and was previously employed by Bunn Corporation as a design engineer. As a virtual design construction manager, Sharp creates, coordinates and distributes 3-D BIM (building information modeling) models to be used by the project development teams involved in pre-construction and estimating.
He has a bachelor’s degree in architectural technology from Robert Morris University and resides in Springfield.
Brown was hired as an estimator and started her career at Sub4 Development in Champaign as an estimator and safety coordinator. She has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University and also resides in Springfield.
O’Shea Builders is a commercial construction-services provider in Illinois with offices in Springfield, East Peoria, Champaign and Decatur.
