The US Bank Real Estate Corp has obtained a permit for renovation of the third and fourth floor restrooms in the building located at 205 S. Fifth St. The contractor is Springfield-based Anderson Electric, Inc., and the project is valued at $52,000.
The Kidzeum of Health and Science has obtained a fire sprinkler permit for their building located at 412 E. Adams St. The permit is for 229 sprinkler heads as part of a three-story interior remodel that includes the addition of a stair tower as well as associated MEP work throughout.
