Horace Mann Educators Corporation (NYSE:HMN) President and Chief Executive Officer Marita Zuraitis has announced an officer appointment.
?Rick Reeder has joined Horace Mann as Vice President, Property & Casualty. Reeder will work on a P&C modernization project focusing on claims integration and data conversion.
Reeder most recently worked for Guidewire Software in Texas, where he managed seven multi-year system software implementations for insurance clients, including Liberty Mutual and Nationwide. He brings 15 years of experience in large-scale business transformation projects, planning and methodology delivery to this new role.
Rick earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the DeVry Institute of Technology and holds the Project Management Professional certification.
