Henson Robinson Company has acquired the assets of Clow Controls and Service Inc., a commercial HVAC controls and service company headquartered in Decatur.
Henson Robinson is an employee-owned company providing commercial HVAC, plumbing, roofing, site utilities, building automation and facility services. Clow Controls delivers HVAC controls, building automation systems and related services to commercial and institutional customers throughout the region.
Under the agreement, all five union employees of Clow Controls and Service, including founder Dan Clow, have joined Henson Robinson Company. The business will continue operating from its current location at 910 S. Airport Road in Decatur and will operate as Clow Controls and Service, a division of Henson Robinson Company.
