Courtney Wilbern is moving her Absolut Aesthetics and Wellness Medspa to a new home.
The med spa will be relocating from its current location at 949 Clocktower Drive to a new facility at 2205 W. Wabash Ave, Suite 107. The move should be complete by late May or early June, Wilbern said, depending on how the buildout progresses.
“It has an upscale boutique vibe. It will be a fresh, new start for us,” Wilbern said of the new location, which is in the Montvale Plaza center. “And it will increase our visibility there on Wabash.”
The new location will allow Absolut Aesthetics to expand its laser treatment options, Wilbern said. All other treatment offerings will remain the same.
“Having more laser treatments available will allow us to treat more skin conditions on a daily basis,” Wilbern said. “We’re just fine-tuning what we have.”
Absolut Aesthetics’ staff includes two providers and four support staff members, all of whom will be making the move to the new location.
Wilbern opened Absolut Aesthetics, which originally was known as Aesthetics-Wellness at Ophthalmology Center of Illinois, in 2021 in shared space with an ophthalmology practice at 1200 Centre West Drive. The med spa moved to its Clocktower Drive location in 2024.
The business was recognized as one of Springfield Business Journal’s 15 Under Fifteen in 2025.
