What is your guiding principle in life? Do unto others.
What led you to your current career? I always knew I wanted a career in health care and found my calling as a nurse. I will always be an oncology nurse first, but as I progressed throughout my career, I discovered I have a passion for helping support the people who take care of people.
What would you like your life to look like in five years? 10? For myself and my family to be happy and healthy.
What do you wish your younger self had known when you started on this path? If you're not making mistakes, you aren't learning.
What has been your greatest professional achievement to date? Having patients and their families put their trust in me to care for them. Developing and implementing programs aimed to help employees grow their careers. and developing a culture that supports personal and professional growth.
