Isringhausen Imports is a family-owned, luxury automotive dealership based in Springfield representing prestigious brands such as Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo. The company was established in 1981 and has since built a reputation for excellence in customer service, automotive expertise and an unwavering commitment to quality.

"Over the years, our dealership has evolved by embracing new technology, expanding our motorsports division and enhancing the customer experience through personalized experiences," said Cainan Barnett, marketing director. "Our dedication to excellence has earned us national recognition, not just for the cars we sell, but for the exceptional team we've built."

The team members at Isringhausen Imports believe that a strong workplace culture starts with valuing every employee. "We foster an environment where teamwork, innovation and professional growth are encouraged," Barnett said. "Our leadership team prioritizes open communication and continuous improvement, making Isringhausen a place where employees feel heard, respected and motivated to do their best every day. Winning the Best Places to Work award is another testament to our focus on building a strong, employee-centered culture."

Barnett also said that employees are given the tools and support they need to succeed, whether through career-development opportunities, a positive and respectful work atmosphere or a commitment to work-life balance.

The best part about working at Isringhausen Imports is the people, according to Barnett. "Our team is made up of passionate, driven individuals who take pride in their work and genuinely care about delivering the best experience for our customers," he said. "Whether it's helping a client find their dream car, working together to solve challenges or celebrating company wins, there's a strong sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. Plus, working with some of the world's most iconic automotive brands in a cutting-edge environment makes every day exciting and rewarding."

This past year has been an extraordinary time for Isringhausen Imports. The company expanded its motorsports division, Isringhausen Motorsports, which is a branch of Isringhausen Porsche. This branch is an integral part of the paddock at many Porsche Club of America Club Racing events throughout the year. The company progressed from track days and high-performance drivers' education to full racing at sanctioned events. Through racing, Isringhausen Imports has formed lasting relationships with Porsche lovers around the country, many of whom are now loyal Isringhausen customers.

The company continues to lead in customer satisfaction and broke ground on a new Porsche dealership last fall while remodeling two other facilities.

"We also strengthened our presence in the community by awarding now over $100,000 in Isringhausen DRIVE Grants to support local entrepreneurs, demonstrating our commitment to helping downtown Springfield grow," Barnett said. The Isringhausen DRIVE Grant helps local small businesses establish new companies in downtown Springfield. The money can be used toward remodeling, inventory, equipment, advertising and other start-up related costs during the first year.

Looking ahead, Isringhausen Imports aims to continue setting the standard for excellence in the luxury-automotive industry.

"We plan to expand our digital presence, enhance customer experience through innovative technology and further develop our offerings," Barnett said. "Additionally, we are committed to investing in our employees by offering professional growth opportunities, maintaining a great workplace environment and ensuring our team remains at the forefront of the industry. Our goal is to not only be the best place to buy a car, but to remain the best place to work for years to come."
