BJD Properties LLC in care of CEFCU-Garrison Group, Inc. obtained a commercial roofing permit for 2713 Adlai Stevenson Drive. Sunley Roofing is the contractor and the project is valued at $115,000.
Mall at White Oaks, LLC obtained a demolition permit for 2401 W. Wabash Ave. The contractor is J. E. Foster Building Company and the project is valued at $14,000. A new commercial building permit was also issued for the same address. The contractor remains the same and that project is valued at $701,000.
