Alan Jedlicka has joined the law firm of Delano Law Offices, 1 SE Old State Capitol Plaza, as of Oct. 1. He was most recently an attorney with Sorling Northup in Springfield. Jedlicka has also worked for the Illinois Attorney General’s Office and as an attorney for Walgreen Co., in addition to his time in private practice.
He holds a juris doctorate from the John Marshall Law School and a master’s degree in tax law from Kent College of Law in Chicago. Jedlicka will focus his practice on commercial transactions, estate planning and probate.
