In May of this year, Jamie Loftus announced that he had sold No Agenda 321, a bar and tapas restaurant located at 321 N. Main Street in Chatham, to Jose Lopez, who also owns and operates the Casa Real and Tacos Pepe restaurants in Springfield. However, the business has already changed hands again and is now going to reopen as a Thai restaurant.

Latsany “Sun” Xayakoummane and her partner, Maurice Sullivan, are planning an Oct. 22 grand opening for Sun Thai.

“I worked at Taste of Thai for 20 years, and then decided to go out on my own,” Xayakoummane said. “The equipment and fixtures were included in the building, so other than replacing the stove we didn’t have to do anything other than decorating.”

Sun Thai will be open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and again from 4-8 p.m. Saturdays will be dinner only from 4-8 p.m. and closed on Sundays.
