Color World of Printing has merged with Modern Mailing & Printing

Color World of Printing has merged with Modern Mailing & Printing, as of Sept. 1. The combined companies will operate under the name Modern Mailing & Printing at 150 Forrest Ave. in Springfield. The employees from both companies will remain on staff, according to Jay Watson, co-owner of CDS Office Technologies, the parent company located at 612 S. Dirksen Parkway.

“Our growth is going to be in doing more and more mailings,” Watson said, noting that the combined companies will have many more mailing and printing capabilities. "We are very excited about this merger and our ability to meet the print, mail and marketing needs of the Springfield business community at even greater capacity."
